Ironman & Subby is a pretty important issue. The story bridges ToS to Ironman #1 and TTA to Subby #1.

Great Gene Colan cover.
Rom is a fun read. Sort of a Silver Surfer angst thing going on. With a cool ray gun smile

I just picked up FF 91-94 in mid grade for about 5 bucks a piece, including shipping. I need a second job.....lol

That's too cheap. Nice steal smile
Did people stop collecting FF because the last movie sucked so hard?
Or maybe because Marvel has cancelled the series.

Someone posted one on the old forum. Maybe Tex; he likes LoSH.
A Legion ring was shown on the new Supergirl series.

Yep! They are now a part of history & history does not look good with some sig. across it Whaaaaa?
But like i said before, Bottom inside page somewhere is just fine.

I've only had a couple books signed (by McFarland). In the future, I've thought that I would ask to have the signatures on the inside front page. But I wasn't sure if that is common, uncommon, or acceptable. Like when you get a book signed by the author, they do it on the inside, not cover. I don't want comics signed on the cover because it interferes with the enjoyment of the artwork.

No one would ever ask DeVinci to sign his name across the Mona Lisa with a gold ink pen.

Sig inside is old school. smile
When the Image boys were still are Marvel, they popularized signing the cover (and writing comics with lots of splash pages to maximize the resale value of the artwork). That's part of what makes them the comic book industry's first rock stars.

Before that, people who wanted signatures thought comics were for reading; like a book. So they would be signed on the inside; like a book. Most of the comics signed before 1988 are on the inside.
iirc

Went to LCS yesterday. 3 books for $150.

Batman #153 - Feb 1963. Pre-yellow oval Bat-woman cover. smile

#155 - May '63. First Silver Age Penguin

And #163 from '64. Super sweet Joker court room cover.

Not high grade, but nice enough for me.
all 3 for less than half the cost of a 1st Deadpool. smile

Orange is hard to hide. Makes it easier to find the pieces later. The TV show wanted people to see the ship. Same, but different motivation smile

I'm still missing most of the Land of the Giants.

20 cent batbooks are awesome.

Seems like a nice haul of the three Batman books for the price seeing that one is the 155 issue. Easy to spend over $50 on the other two. Sweet deal.

Thanks HR smile

Cool. Cottonmouth will be in season 1 of Luke Cage. I have high hopes for that series smile

And Black Bolt will be on the big screen eventually. FF82 is a good read.
Kubert art makes Tarzan stories worth a look. And DC 100 pagers are sweet - just feels like a good deal.
