Nope. Robbie on the GPC site has an old email id. I forgot the @ - anyhow, they got bought by stupid Comcast long ago and that changed my email.
Not sure how annoyed I am yet.  |

I have a copy of Grenada.
As an investment, it's hard to say. There's been a few times where a super rare, valuable promo becomes nearly worthless when a stash of multiple sealed cases are discovered...
Non-standard distribution. Sometimes boxes get lost because they don't know what they're doing. Or someone stashes some cases...
I half expect someone to find a sealed pallet of them in the future |

MT#20 has such a cheating cover.
Worlds of Fantasy has a nice mix of cover artists. I'd like to add some more issues to my collection. |

Yep, not a great book. Not a 9.9 or a Gem Nint 10. Yep, a "decent" 9.8 book.😜😜😜
CGC has slabbed over 300 9.8s. Not super rare. It also means there will be lots of reported sales, that feeds the frenzy.
There's more than twice as many #98s in 9.8. If everyone who bought a high grade 1st Deadpool slab wants a matching 1st Cable, there's gonna be a shortage... |

Double covers are cool. But not worth huge bucks. Unless it's a slabbed key.
The grade should be based on the best cover (usually the inner one) with a note on the condition of the other cover. It would be easy to throw away the worse cover - so price it as though that happed - and then add a bit for the coolness factor. Adding a cover adds a bit, but not as much as no cover drops the value.
Double cover does make it an easy sell. Any issue that's normally a dollar box book will sell for full guide near instantly if its a double cover.
One time on ebay, I saw a slabbed comic with seven covers. The outer cover was a big off-centered mess. 
There's a Green Lantern #1 (1941) with a double cover that's CGC 9.0. That's about as good as it gets
