I tend to use Completed Listings on EBay exactly as Greg described. There are also comic shop and comic convention exclusive variants. Take a look at the New 52 Batman image this blogger put together -

I was trying to add a variant to the Marvel Siege #1 entry, but my image upload continued to fail. Is there a problem with that functionality? I renamed the file to siege.jpg but it still failed. I'd enter it here, but it is signed by Bendis and has some personalization on the inside cover. Help!
