10/31/2016 Topic: HELP!!!! netstuffers Administrator	Unfortunately we don't do much tracking on values with signatures, mostly because it is SO subjective. Some people won't ever touch a book with a foreign mark - ever. Some collect them exclusively. JDF is a good one to have on the book in general and the score for the book is good. Our guide lists that book at just under $100 without the autograph. If you found a JDF collector/fan, you could probably get $150 for it if you're a great negotiator.

We are aware of and working with our ad partners when occasional bad ads pop up, but you absolutely shouldn't be getting any issues like that every time you go to the home page. Is it consistent and every time you load the page?

We have a few ways to tackle the problems specific to our database structure, but our first priority is improving this current sites performance and functionality, then we'll tackle mobile apps and import capabilities.

If you have the problem again, please let us know exactly what page you were on when the error occurred. We're working with our ad partners now to try and isolate the issue and the more specific information you can provide, the better.

We have experienced them ourselves when before we were not, so that's helping us track down what is happening. If you see anymore redirects, please comment and tell us exactly what page you were on when it occurred.... copy and paste the URL of the CPG page you were on when the redirect occurred or at least describe the page if you cannot access the URL again.

11/8/2016 Topic: Malware Ads / Redirects / Odd URLs netstuffers Administrator	We are receiving several reports that users are experiencing pop up, redirect, and extra annoying advertisements. These are unintentional and undesired and we are working to resolve this for our users. Yesterday, we rolled out a fix for mobile users so those of you experiencing this issue on iPads and mobile devices should no longer see them. If you do experience a pop up or a redirect ad, please let us know what page you were browsing when the ad occurred and which internet browser you were using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc). Independent comics, however, are definitely in need of some love on our database and I'm sure you can find several missing. 11/14/2016 Topic: Need some help guessing the grade of this comic! netstuffers Administrator	"They had it graded at Lone Star Comics" I would be highly suspect of any grading at specific comic book shops. While I'm sure there are honest ones out there, if this guy took the book in and the guy behind the counter wanted to get it off him cheap, he could say whatever he wanted. CBCS or CGC. those are the only real trusted ones right now. Anyways, I don't have an eye for grading but I do agree that from the pictures, .5 is likely way too low. You gotta beat the heck out of a book to get it all the way down to a .5. Maybe last page is a bigger hit than a middle page?

11/21/2016 Topic: Downloading an Xcel spreadsheet problems... netstuffers Administrator	For those curious, we changed the process so that when you request a file, it goes into a server queue that processes in order. This may lead to INCREASED download times, but will remove instances where your download gets cancelled because server resources are too high. It should always message you when your file download is done, so you don't need to actively wait for it anymore.
