Those are some nice issues. Just kept getting better and better throughout the post. Mostly since I have X-Men #49 and #51 but not #50. And neither are VF... Some day...

I heard it's really sad! I normally don't get emotional during movies, so I'll have to see how I end up handling that one.
Hm...seems like I should try to watch Arrietty and Grave of the Fireflies around the same time if I can. I could watch Grave of the Fireflies first, and then I could watch Arrietty afterwards to have something to cheer me up from the other movie! I really like movies that have good music too, so I'm looking forward to hearing the music from Arrietty!

I ran into a problem with the price guide with this one. This is the Canadian price variant, if you didn't notice. US version: $30. Canadian version: $8. Ummm... If I put an $8 sticker on this, it would sell in a heartbeat. General rule of thumb seems to be that the Canadian version sells for the same price here. You can bump up the price a touch on eBay, but nothing extravagant. Either way, I paid more than $8 for this one. Actually, this came from the $1900 collection. Lot of good stuff in there. I haven't even gotten to the Marvel books that were in there.

So... I paid $80 for a long box. The guy knew this was in there. Along with a bunch of other good stuff. Like, Jim Lee X-Men, first appearance of Jubilee, first Crossbones, old Spawns.... I would have given the guy more if I hadn't been pissed off about driving to the other end of town on short notice then having to drive to the exact opposite end of town to see a guy who had another collection.... 50 cents an issue for the collection. 50 cents for this issue that I have at 9.2. Not quite a 9.4, but still... 50 cents.... Because really, when I'm paying under a buck an issue for a collection, I really don't bother doing a proportional price adjustment.

That's all for now. Going to try to get more bags and boards this weekend.

Still working on these, but I knocked off the most expensive one right off the
bat (although those Hero For Hire ‘where’s my money, honey’ issues are a bit
