I bought those books of the shelf & my Brother has the variant.
Fantastic read, That TV show Once Upon a Time (never watched it) I think borrowed from that idea. Same as Harry Potter & (The Books of Magic).
When i had my 9 year hiatus Fables was the one book i regretted stopping.

Dell Lobo is very undervalued in the guide here. He is considered the "first" African American super-hero and the series si extremely hard to find in any condition.

The Lobo prices are pretty consistent.

I think the book is considered the 1st book that has an AA character headlining a comic book. Black Panther is still the first African superhero and the Falcon is the first African American superhero.

A book I think is pretty undervalued is Hell Rider #1. In it contains the 1st appearance of the Butterfly who is the first AA super-heroine.

I just picked up the 2 issues of Hell Rider. It is another book which will take off once people grasp the importance of it. I loved the wig the character had.

I cannot predict the future but books I think are under valued
,
World's finest 3 (first scarecrow),
Fantastic four 48
batman 181
Action comics 58 (probably one of the most historically interesting superman covers)
Wonder woman 178
Grenada 1984 (historically awesome, practically unknown)

Books that I think are high risk investments due to over speculation IMO,

New Mutants 98 --approx 275k printed and there are a lot of collectors sitting on this
\wonder woman 98 (series 1). Guide value is way low, but market prices are over the top
Fantastic four 45,52 (I just do not believe these are nearly as key as 48, but due to speculation they have been selling for as much if not more)

Grenada - this one?
http://comicspriceguide.com/collection/commercial-comics-co/grenada/1/torskw#_profileTab

Historically fascinating - unfortunately no significant collectable value.
There area large number of 1960's and 1970's war comics about famous WW2 battles - unfortunately collectors are not as interested in real, historical battles as they should be. Definitely a novelty. I'd buy it if I could get it cheap - just for the "unusual" effect.

I think that due to the new GOTO movie mentioning Adam at the end (sorry for the spoiler if you've still not seen it) and the expected use of him in Avengers films against Thanos I would expect Fantasic four #66 to rise as that's the first mention of him. And also Marvel premiere #1 it's his real appearance.

Amazing spiderman 135 and 136 have always been steady but with 129 costing so much and unattainable to many 135 is gonna be the next best option. 134 with shows the punisher in a few panels isn't doing much more than usual so #135 looks to be the way to go. Punisher series has already been announced on Netflix. ASM #136 is always a good option to with Marvel studios now having Spiderman back I'm guessing a Green Goblin story will be on.the cards.it makes sense to appeal to the younger age bracket to utilise the Harry Osborne version who first appeared in 136.

X men 266 is.still.doing well with the first appearance of Gambit but the movie has been delayed. I'd buy it now if you want to flip.it. same.with moon knight buy now to flip.
Daredevils Frank miller era continues to go.from strength to strength.
Just my 2 cents

Fantastic Four #66 & 67 are well known and overrated. Warlock does not actually appear in his golden skin form in either.

The lesser known books to have are Thor #165 & 166 with #165 being an extremely wise purchase in high grade since it has a black cover and would be extremely hard to find in high grade.

Still think that 98 is mistakenly labelled as over-valued. Damn hard book to find especially is VG or better. It also marks the first creative team change in well over a decade. I cannot stress enough just how hard it can be to find many issues of WW below 112, especially in high grade. Even with prices going up quite a bit in the last number of years WW v.1 is still a pretty cheap series to purchase.

I'm still disappointed in a friend who bought a huge Golden Age to resell and he didn't keep the Sensation #1 for himself. He passed it along in the deal. Why!!!

A very overlooked book is marvel x-men annual #14 (1990) since it is the REAL first appearance of gambit - and not just a CAMEO. It's a few pages long story. I'm feeling bad for all the folks that bought x-men 266. hulk 180 - that might be a cameo, or even more asm #161 (a real jigsaw CAMEO) - but not marvel x-men annual #14 - it's a real full appearance.

I can feel your pain my friend, i really do, when i saw the 0.96 i got cramps :-))). But listen to this, yesterday I got a near mint copy of the comic magazine "warriors #1" (first appearance of v for vendetta) and while unpacking it i cut it pretty bad with a cutter - out of pure stupidity and instead of at least trying to sell it, i ripped it in 1000 pieces - out of pure frustration.

Paper Life is hard :-))).

At least, you can still get the x-men annual pretty cheap.

Looks like the first appearance of Silk will be moving again as movie plans look a little bit firmer.

And 4 days later this site has the book jumping up to $42. That is for the regular cover. Amazingly this still has the variant at $45.

I see that ASM #14 enjoyed a nice bump in price, but why not the pence version as well?

Venom #3 is Hot right now. First appearance of KNULL - God of the Symbiotes. You never know, but I'm guessing he will be a reoccurring character.

I thought my comic store had loaded up with enough Venom # 3's not to run out because they have a Donny Cates signing tomorrow, but they either ran out or held some back for the signing. I think part of it might be that they use the word Knull for the main villain which in Sweden means f***/sex and perhaps speculators expect the name to be changed. I mean Disney does own Marvel now. So if the name does get changed, then this first print maybe the only print with the name of Knull. And if I remember right, despite Sweden's wild reputation for sex, that country insisted that Donald Duck be portrayed with pants in the Disney comic books a long time ago.

Interesting about the possibility of Knull's name perhaps getting changed. That would certainly increase the value!

I went to the Donny Cates signing today and asked him if he had heard anything from Marvel about the name he used in the Venom comic book. He said he got an email from Marvel asking him if he realized what the name meant in Swedish. He said he replied yes, he knew. He said he has not heard anything else.

There may be a Bloodshot movie coming out within the next year. While the first comic in the series is a $2 comic at best currently (1992-1993 volume), it may raise when the film is closer to coming out.

I was looking into this myself just yesterday. Talk of vin disel for lead role I saw. I am currently in the process of uploading my extensive collection to the catalog and beginning to sell A LOT as my family is in a bad place currently. I have listed Bloodshot #0-10 for sale, but fear I maybe should wait as not to sell myself short. I also have multiple RAI that I definitely need to have graded before selling and NINJAK #1 the chromium one. My Harbingers i definitely need to have graded before parting with as well.

Also discovered that a SHI movie is supposed to be a coming thing and second guessing myself on letting those go just yet either, but went ahead and put a few key crusade issues up, but holding off on my image shi/cyblade (1st witchblade) and one other crusade fan appreciation Issue. I'm still going through all of my boxes, but if not mistaken have a few shi/lady death and shi/vamperilla stored in a box I havent gotten to yet.

I'm an excellent Texas Hold Em player, but when it comes to calculating the right time to sell my books the gamble is much more menacing lol

Definitely looking forward to seeing the making of these movies actualized.

Im new to selling on this site and am not sure if I listed the Bloodshots for sale as a "set" as intended, however the asking price on them was for all #0-#10
