Hunt For Weapon H - Part 1 The Weapon H beast does not appear in this comic only his human form.
Clay is walking beside the interstate in a desolate area when a semi truck stops to pick him up. The trucker asks him a few questions to make sure he isn’t crazy before allowing him into the cab of his truck. He offers him some coffee and they start making small talk. Clay is apprehensive about the trucker’s questions and secretly dumps the coffee out the window.
They stop at a weigh station and Clay sees two men with guns tucked in their shirts. Two semis open up as several cyborgs of different shapes and sizes surround Clay. The driver pulls out a weapon, calls him Weapon H and says the coffee was full of Tranq-Bots. We don’t see the Hulk/Wolverine version of Weapon H appear only the carnage from the fight.
Dr. Alba and Director Stryker arrive at the weigh station an hour after the incident to find totally destruction. Weapon H demolished all the cyborgs sent to capture him. Dr. Alba is obviously proud of her creations destructive powers. Stryker has Dr. Alba restrained for her insubordination. She assures him that she could control Weapon H if she is allowed to work freely.
200 miles north Logan, Sabretooth and Warpath are tracking Weapon H. It isn’t easy because he jumps 10 miles with each bound. Domino picks them up in a transport unit. While the other members of the team are focusing on Weapon H’s destructive capabilities, Logan wants to talk to him.
Somewhere else Clay is reliving a tragic scene of death, like a flashback into his past. Then he realizes that he has blood on him and gets in a river to clean up.
Back at the weigh station Dr. Alba has been released from the cuffs but still has 4 men guarding her. She repeatedly ignores the men guarding her and starts working on a computer. She turns and fires a tranquilizer gun at the guards and then keeps working.
The tracking team of Logan, Domino, Lady Deathstrike, Warpath and Sabretooth arrive at the next site where Weapon H landed and transformed. Logan continues to believe that there is more to Weapon H than just death and destruction. Some cyborgs attack the team and a fight ensues.
Clay wakes up from a dream where he saw himself in a cabin full of military weapons. This is where we first learn that his name is Clay. The tracking crew arrive and Logan says he wants to talk. Clay’s eyes go red and you hear, “Snikt”.
