Continued from Totally Awesome Hulk #19
From the remains of a cyborg killer Logan, Sabretooth, Domino and Hulk have tracked the Weapon X research facility to an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. It looks like a normal rig from the outside but no drilling for oil ever takes place there. Three researchers are the only people leaving the facility on a regular basis, it’s likely that all other “people” are cyborgs.

The three mutants and Hulk drop from 2000 feet above the oil rig and meet fairly easy to beat cyborgs. When they land on the rig, 20 cyborgs go after Hulk since he’s the strongest target. In a distant Weapon X Command Center two people discuss Hulk’s ability to defeat their killer cyborgs. They don’t think he deserves the gamma radiation gift because he doesn’t have enough “righteous wrath”.

Sabretooth makes sure that Hulk has enough wrath by shooting him in the eye. The violently angry Hulk is totally awesome at destroying cyborgs now. Hulk rips some of the decking off so that they can enter the lab from the top. Once there, they free Warpath and Lady Deathstrike from their research tanks.

The three human biologists/geneticists run for their lives, one immediately dies from Lady Deathstrike. Hulk prevents Lady Deathstrike from killing the other two and begins questioning them. Before the two scientist can answer, a self destruct order is sent from Weapon X Command Center which destroys evidence and kills the two scientists.

As the six people stand on the smoldering remains of the oil rig, Hulk knows that the place where they build the cyborgs isn't this facility. Above a cyborg that looks like a bird is flying with a sample of Hulk DNA for the next batch of killer cyborgs, Batch H.

The shadowy figure at Weapon X Command Center is finally revealed to be Reverend Stryker!
