Doctor Alba hitches a ride on the back of Weapon H. She isn’t entirely happy with her creation yet because Weapon H isn’t killing on command. Now under her direct mental command she orders him to kill a homeless couple.

In a lab, Lady Deathstrike, Domino and Sabretooth are admiring the broken body of Reverend Stryker, imagining what they could do to him. Logan interrupts their fun and starts questioning Stryker about Weapon H. Stryker tells them that Clay was a former Navy Seal and a mercenary employed by Eaglestar. Stryker’s primary concern isn’t Weapon H, it’s Dr. Alba. He sees Weapon H has a tool in the hands of the inhuman hands of Dr. Alba.

Back to the underpass where Dr. Alba is demanding that Weapon H kill two innocent people. He pins them up against the wall but even though he is ordered to kill them, he doesn’t. Dr. Alba threatens his family if he doesn’t not comply, he still won’t kill them.

Stryker takes Logan, Wolverine and Domino to a secret research area in a storage facility. After sifting through the files Logan finds a mission to West Africa where one mercenary refused to follow orders and kill the villagers. Unfortunately there isn’t any information about Clay or his background.

Dr. Alba continues to be disappointed in Weapon H and commands him to transform back into Clay. As she thinks of a way to get Clay to kill on command, she believes that she has to dehumanize the enemy. She whispers a command into his ear and he replies with Q.E.D. (QED is a way to end a proof, it’s basically saying “done” or “I win”.)

In Phoenix, she sets Weapon H loose and tells him to kill “every living thing you see”. Domino, Wolverine and Logan intercept him before he goes on a killing spree. Laura, the all-new Wolverine, tries to talk to him, telling him about her situation. The problem is that Weapon H can only see Dr. Alba because of her mind control over him. So Weapon H uses his claws on Wolverine.
