Heroic Intervention Tony gives members of the U.N. a multi-media, virtual tour of several Stark Enterprises facilities located around the world. He then meets with Peter Corbeau, who believes Stark has won the U.N. over, making Stark Enterprises the new main contractor for Starcore, the U.N. space agency.
In Russia, the Titanium Man breaks out of his cell after seeing a newspaper article on Stark's plans to open a facility in Russia.
Meanwhile, finding Cap's lifeless body in the Arizona desert, Giant-Man has rushed the star-spangled avenger to Stark Enterprises for emergency treatment. With Captain America paralyzed due to the deterioration of the Super Soldier serum, Tony teams with Sondheim and Pym to plant a biochip in Cap's body, hoping to assist him in movement. Pym shrinks Tony to microscopic size and injects him into Cap's body, where he is able to evade the natural defenses of Cap's bloodstream and successfully plant the chip. Cap is morose over his condition. Considering his own medical ailments, Tony empathizes with him.
The next day, Tony receives a surprise call from his former mentor, Ted Slaght. Ted needs his urgent help, as a lab experiment for his para-silicate alloy is going explosively wrong...
