In The Shadow Of...Death! Returning home to his Sanctum, Dr. Strange renews his search for Clea. When a strange mystic being (the herald of Satannish) appears forth from the Orb of Agamotto, Strange gets his first clue as to where to find Clea. Enlisting the aid of Victoria Bentley, the two mystics travel to another dimension to search for Clea.
When Victoria is too frightened to go any further, Strange puts an aura of protection around her and ventures further. After fighting a skeletal warrior, Dr. Strange is soon to realize that his attacker was an illusion, and his real threat is the revived Dormammu, giant sized, and now in possession of both Clea and Victoria.
