How would discoloration near spine affect grade

Hi. I'm pretty new to the grading process and I wanted to get some other opinions on an apparent defect. I am considering making an offer on a comic that looks to be in good condition, especially on the front and interior. But, there is some discoloration on the back cover especially near the spine about 3-4 inches long, maybe 1/4 inch wide. See attached pictures. How do you think a dark discoloration on the back cover might affect a grade?

Thanks!

Does this look like foxing, maybe mold, handling wear, rubs, or maybe water damage? Would it be considered slight or minor, or is this more significant? Could it be called widespread? Could these marks be indicative of some more severe damage? Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Title: Hero Trade
Missing Issues: NN (there is currently only a single issue, not numbered)
Country: USA
Publisher: Bad Idea (this comic was originally thought to be a self-published title using the publishing name Buttoned Up Comics throughout the issue, but it has since been revealed to be a front to secretly release the first title published by Bad Idea)
Publication Years: September 2020
Cover Price: None
This was a secret release that was distributed to retailers as a single issue with the option to purchase more stock. Very few retailers followed up on the offer and so only an estimated 250 copies were ever made available. This is the first title from Bad Idea. The story of how they distributed this issue can be found on the Bad Idea website at this link: https://www.badideacorp.com/news/how-did-matt-kindt-david-lapham-and-bad-idea-make-a-comic-book-magically-appear-in-stores-overnight.
