This was a secret release that was distributed to retailers as a single issue with the option to purchase more stock. Very few retailers followed up on the offer and so only an estimated 250 copies were ever made available. This is the first title from Bad Idea. It can take weeks/months for products to get added due to the enormous backlog they have. As long as this is not a crowdfunded product, it will eventually be added.
