2/9/2023 Topic: Members not responding to offers :/ Ronbatman Administrator	If you have trouble with a seller please let me know. I will contact them and try to figure out what's going on. Sometimes they go on vacation and forget to turn on "vacation mode". Sometimes our emails are blocked by spam filters. Sometimes they don't understand our expectations for sellers. We expect seller to communicate and provide great customer service. Most of our sellers are fantastic. Ron

2/11/2023 Topic: Where are the "Marvel Graphic Novels" Ronbatman Administrator	If you search for "Marvel Graphic Novels" AND change the comic type to soft cover, it will appear. Since Marvel Graphic Novels include hard covers and soft covers when you get to the title page you will have to click on the soft cover link below the title. Ron

2/15/2023 Topic: Mobile app not up to date with the website? Ronbatman Administrator	I'm not exactly sure what's happening in your case but I can speak to the app and site interaction. The site database and the app are linked together. The app gets all of its data from the website database. There could be a minor delay between the two but at the most, it would be 15 minutes. I have had something similar happen when I didn't update my want list and then went out and bought the same book. Usually I keep the best one and then sell the extra. Ron

Price Updates - Programming - New Books - Social Media - Forum Admins work on things that members cannot do and employees don't have time to do. Approving Variants - Approving Creators - Approving Stories - Forums Members work on Approving Missing scans - Publishing dates - cover prices - UPC - missing issues I say this not to place blame on the admins but to show roles. Our admins do all sorts of other things that are often overlooked. We need to do a better job engaging our admins and helping them. Related to your request, I will knock out every submitted SIKTC variant tomorrow. Ron
2/22/2023 Topic: Volunteers needed for a new collection test Ronbatman Administrator	We are doing some testing on a new feature that will give you more information about your collection. This feature is beyond the dashboard and the information that it provides. Most of you know that our goal is to constantly improve and give collectors more ways to enjoy their collections. This is a move in that direction. We think this is a game-changer. After we give you this information you will need to answer a few questions. Nothing too difficult. Collections over 500 comics will work best for this test. I'm going to post this on our Instagram account as well so the available spots might fill up quickly. Thanks, Ron
