Is it possible to view my collection in order of book value?..... If not, would it be possible for CPG to write a new algorithm to make that possible?........... Just thinkin' ............would be nice..........any thoughts?......

I never search using special characters. Stuff like X-Men or Spider-Man would get searched x men or spider man and I always get what I'm looking for.

Hello - I saw a post somewhere recently where people were scrambling to put together enough money to get as many books as possible signed by Stan Lee or whoever... Sometimes not even anyone who actually worked on that particular comic. What I'm wondering is... Other than for people who really want Stan to sign their 9.4 Strange Tales 110 (ouch!!), what is the appeal here? Doesn't having a name scrawled across a book destroy the value for the most part? Is this an investment, is what I'm asking, because it seems to me that it is not, and it's possible that the trend will die off, leaving people with books reduced several grades for 'autographs' .. And the rest of the world has one less Strange Tales 110 as an appealing option. (By the way, I get it if you love the artist and you are doing it for you... I got an X-Men 108 signed by Byrne as a kid and I'm ok with it because of the personal experience.)

I just bought 6 comics from a seller for a total of $24. I gave him my PayPal email for him to send an invoice, and I sent the payment to him. I'm somewhat skeptical of sellers since this is my first purchase on here, but his profile says that he's been a member since 2003 and his member rank is 3. Do I have anything to worry about?

Been adding a few back issues to fill in some holes in my FF run.

I also picked up a better copy of Silver Surfer #4. My first copy of this book is completely coverless. The new one has a nice front cover attached, missing back cover. I may get a complete copy one day lol.

What is the deal with the pic sizes? I can see the full size of TDC in the reply box, and below in the previous messages the pics are also larger. Is just with photobucket? Has anyone tried using flickr?

I've noticed as of late a lot of key issues are just being sold for flat out way under market value....for instance,I have a new 52 batman #1 graded at 9.6. Value shows about $600. Now I'm not unrealistic in thinking I'm getting that but myself and people posting these books for 2-300 are not out of line I.m.o.

C'mon man!!! I.m.o. You have people who bought it and need the money quick. But that's a very nice issue!!! Why would you sell it under those terms??? That book will go nowhere but up!! This is not a hobby where you're gonna get rich quickly...and shouldn't be approached that way,if you're buying a book as an investment... Be prepared to sit on it.
