Rule of thumb - grading price is close or more than that (depending on amount sent etc.); so if it is in the 9's and CGC graded; $25 is always pretty much a slam dunk. Good Grab!

What oxbladder said. Anything graded in the 9's (that's of some importance) is a good deal to pick up for 20-30 bucks. Hell, it might have even cost that much to slab!
