If you look inside the front cover, on the bottom of the first page with be a bunch of fine print. This is what's called the Indicia. In there, you will see the "official" title of the book, as well as the volume and issue number. Supergirl seems to headline 674, 685, 686 and 706. On the other hand, the indicia states "Witchblade Preview Vol. 1, #1, 2000" I'll let the experts rule on that one, but I'd lean towards keeping the one-shot with a note on what book it's a preview for.

12/28/2022 Topic: Black Adam Movie glorkar	Now that Black Adam is streaming, I'm sure a few more of us have seen it. What did everyone think? Personally, I thought it was okay. It was well produced, and the pacing was fine. The story itself was just a little meh. Admittedly I don't know a whole lot about the character. I picked up the facsimile of his first appearance when that came out not too long ago. I was a little surprised that it was his first appearance, origin and death all in one issue. Obviously he was brought back, but it was still. Very strange print history. I can say I was not impressed with Atom Smasher. He felt a bit like a mashup of Ant Man and Deadpool. Maybe if I had been exposed to that character first it would feel the other way around. But now? It feels like DC is just trying to cash in on the popularity of those two characters from their primary rival.
12/28/2022 Topic: Henry Cavill to star in Warhammer 40,000 on Amazon glorkar	Never played the tabletop game myself, but I loved the minifigs. Have you seen some of those professionally painted ones? Bad ass! And I really enjoyed Henry in both The Witcher and his various showings as Superman. Thinking this should be a pretty good showing when it finally hits the screen. 12/29/2022 Topic: Donny cates glorkar	I'm not really up on the poster scene. I'd say your best bet is to see if others have been sold online. I would think that it's pretty much worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you use eBay, be sure to check the filter boxes for "sold" and "completed" auctions. Active listings will only tell you what other people are asking, not what buyers are actually paying for it.
1/12/2023 Topic: superman in action issue 0 glorkar	Yeah, sometimes the title can be confusing to figure out if you're going by the cover. If you don't what an indicia is, it's the fine print that is usually located at the bottom of the first page inside the book. It will have the official title, volume and issue number and date published. That is always the best bet to get info when you aren't having any other luck.

1/20/2023 Topic: Velma glorkar	Has anyone else been watching Velma on HBO Max? Curious to hear what others think of it. In my opinion, it's just okay. The animation itself is fine. The whole premise of changing virtually everything about an established universe is where I get hung up a bit. The race swapping is a bit odd and unnecessary in my opinion. If it didn't impact the story telling, it'd be one thing. But there was a race related joke which makes it a bit of a thing. The joke was about Fred getting help from Velma with his Spanish homework because he thought she was Mexican. Also, what's with sober Shaggy? And no Scooby? I don't know. It just feels like they could have done things with new characters and it would have been just as good, if not better.

That's all that tiny fine print. It should tell you the publisher, volume number and issue number. If there is a barcode (maybe on the back?) that would help too, as it should be the same as the other one with just one or two digits on the end being different.

There is such a small market for them that they go way down on the priority list of things to do. The peeps at CPG will get to them, but it might be months before they show up.
