Either Witchblade Preview #1 or Witchblade #40.
This book is listed twice, once as a one-shot, once under the series:

I don't have a regular copy of issue 40, but I'm sure that this is its preview book.
On the other hand, the indicia states "Witchblade Preview Vol. 1, #1, 2000"
I'll let the experts rule on that one, but I'd lean towards keeping the one-shot with a note on what book it's a preview for.
