Number Seven was the chief of operations for Europe and, together with Number Two Number Five, selected Boomerang as the agent to obtain the Orion Missile for the Secret Empire. He witnessed Number Five's death and listened to Number Two's suspicions of Number Nine. He was present at the meeting where Number Two accused Number Nine (actually Gabe Jone disguised as one of their members) of wanting to take the place of Number One and like everyone he was stunned by a grenade launched by Number Nine himself.
