I thought so-I live in a different business world but am seeing the same thing
As interest rates rise the consumer backs off
Still unusual since collectibles are usually more resilient
But the drop for me has not been that significant |

As for the discussion I go for scarcity-not always useful -look at ASM 129 -but it is a fun hobby-not a career choice-for most of us.
Love the rare Golden age stuff -even if no one else is collecting them.

St Johns is great.
Fox is fun.
I look at and study-Gerber scarcity-
that is my go to book
I even have the original pages used in the book
I figure if you live long enuf scarcity will be a big factor. |
