Direct vs. Newstand values

Every now and then I've been coming across value changes where one price goes up (direct or newsstand) while the other remains the same.
For example:
Uncanny X-Men #191
Direct 9.4 went up to $14 where the Newsstand remained $5.
My guess is both should be valued close to $14 since they both are considered the 1st appearance of Nimrod instead of one go up while the other remains the same. |

Owen Wilson’s character is confirmed as Mobius M. Mobius (Disney + series Loki) and his 1st appearance (Fantastic Four #353) is going up.

Don't know why Avengers #33 (2020) is selling for so much. It may be the Moon Knight cover or origin of Uru, but more than likely because it was harder to get because of COVID.

I tried going to an issue and can’t find anywhere where there is a price suggestion. I see several key issues like Incredible Hulk 180, Giant Size X-Men 1, Avengers Annual 10, etc that keep climbing in value and can’t find where to go to submit price suggestions. I know it’s hard to keep track of every issue rising and I just want to help when I can to make it as easy on you guys doing the research. |

I know eBay shouldn't be use as a price guide, but when there are several raw copies going for over $50 it shouldn't be listed at cover price. I'm just trying to help and thought I'd bring it back to your attention. |
