Similar to events that took place in Earth-616, the Phoenix of this reality was put on trial for crimes she committed as Dark Phoenix. In this reality however, the being put on trial was truly Jean Grey, not a clone, and not the Phoenix Force posing as Jean. The Exiles disguised themselves as members of the Imperial Guard to kill Jean, and eventually the X-Men (realizing that Jean must be destroyed) teamed up with and aided the Exiles in exacting the killer blow.
