Investigating a gang of ghosts haunting Col. Bassett's mansion, Mickey sneaks into the attic, the one room the ghosts have warned him not to enter! He finds only a signal gun, which he flashes at a nearby ship! When the ship responds he turns to leave but the door is locked! Fearing he will be trapped by the ghosts, he tries to climb down a drain pipe, but it gives way and he falls to the ground! The earth caves in and he plummets into an underground chamber!
