Disassembled, Part 4 In the middle of a routine X-Men training mission, Kitty Pride crashed the X-Men jet and vanished, leaving students Anole and Oya critically injured.
With the X-Men busy responding to mysterious dinosaur attackes across the globe and seemingly randon congregations of Multiple Men duplicates with new abilities, a powerful yet often unhinged mutant known only as Legion was granted access to the Xavier Institute by students Armor, Glob, Pixie, and Rockslide.
Elsewhere, the X-Men have discovered a bunker imprisoning the original Multiple Man, Jamie Madrox, who claims to have been captured and battered by Legion.
Despite his stable introduction, Legion soon lost control and attacked the Xavior Institute students. The X-Men returned to confront him but were interrupted by the arrival of the newly minted Horsemen of Salvation - Magneto, Omega Red, Blob, and Angel - blowing up the institute as their first act!
