Thor returns to Avengers Mansion to find Balder gone mad. So he and the rest of his party, save Volstagg, return to Asgard to confront Odin. They arrive in Asgard, only to find the Asgardians gone and overrun with lizardmen. They tell Thor a tale of them being former slaves of the Vrellnexians, but after the Asgardians travel to the Golden Star and defeat them, the lizardmen turn on them.
