Warlock arrives unconscious in an unnamed dimension and is found by Darklore and his familiar Meer'lyn. The Soul Gem tells Darklore the story of Warlock from his creation by the enclave to his death and his rebirth. The Soul Gem wants to take Darklore as its new host because it could never bind Warlock's soul to itself.
