The Kingpin and the Answer watch on as the Kingpins scientists work in a fruitful effort to revive the body which the Answer stole from the New York police morgue. As the Kingpin questions, if it's possible to bring a dead man back to life, he gets the answer he is looking for when the lifeless form suddenly begins to move again. The Kingpin is satisfied that he now has an assassin that is worthy of him, one that cannot die. Elsewhere in the city, Cloak and Dagger are on the prowl again looking for drug dealers to attack. Finding a group they set out to attack them, sending them fleeing. However, when Dagger is suddenly weakened and falls to the ground, the pushers think they're actually looking for a drug fix. Offering the two heroes cocaine, they soon become victims of Cloak, sucked into his dark dimension and ejected out haunted by what they have seen upon Dagger's insistence to let them go. They then teleport away leaving the dealers to deal with what they saw on their own.
