"Jigsaw Puzzle: Part 6 of 6." Punisher and Joy confront the Rev and the demon Belasco. Giving Punisher and Joy a head start, Belasco revives Jigsaw. In a fight, Jigsaw is once again disfigured by Punisher when running into a thorny plant. Having foiled Rev's plan, Frank allows Rev to leave. However, when the Rev attempts to kill Frank, he sets off planted explosives in his helicopter, killing Rev. Awakening after Punisher has departed, Jigsaw once again swears he will take his revenge on Punisher.
