Nighthawk and Dr. Strange travel out to Nevada to investigate the apparent possession of Kyle's friend Trisha Starr. There, the two find Trisha and Strange is able to determine that she is possessed by his old foe Shazana.

Freeing Trisha, Strange is unable to prevent Shazana and her forces crossing into Earth's dimension. Strange then summons Clea and the other Defenders to come to his and Nighthawk's aid. After a fierce battle against Shazana's demon horde, Dr. Strange is able to reverse her spells an send all the invaders back to their own dimension.
