Amid the rage of Inferno, Peter and Mary Jane rush to Queens to check on Aunt May! Not finding May home, Peter goes searching for her as Spidey only to have her show up soon after he has left. Fortunately she is okay.
But back at Empire State University, Dr. Curt Connors is definitely not okay. In fact he has become the Lethal Lizard again!
When Martha Connors and her son Billy stop by the ESU lab to check on Curt's welfare, a possessed Officer Murphy leads Martha and Billy into a demon trap. If the web-slinger can reach campus in time, he may be able to save Martha and Billy! Lizard arrives and fights the demons while Spidey punctures the possessed Spidey Macy's balloon with the Chrysler Building's spire.
After stopping the demons, Lizard attacks his family himself but Spidey arrives and doses him with antidote that, due to the demonic nature of this transformation, has no effect. He then shocks him with a power cable that turns him back to Connors. Afraid for their safety, Curt tells Martha and Billy they must leave him.
Meanwhile cameo appearance by Jonathon Caesar who plans to get back at MJ. .
