After a mision in Berlin, Sabretooth went rogue and worked on his own. At this time, Mystique went undercover as Leni Zauber and worked with Sabretooth for a brief time. Wolverine leaves Mystique after knowing she has been with Sabretooth and had a kid. Sabretooth learns that his human son sent him to kill Mystique, his mother. Birdy and Sabretooth take a plane to New York City.
