The runaways react harshly to the dinosaur from the previous issue coming out of the compartment. It doesn't seem to do them any harm... until Chase hits it over the head with a lamp. It lunges at him, but stops when Gert tells him to stop. Holograms of Gert's parents appear and they reveal themselves as timetravelers and explain that the dinosaur is a geneticly engineered creature from the 82nd century.
