Snowball Effect Patsy Walker is recalling her modeling days by wearing the dress her neigbour Ruben made for his graduation project, when Iron Man calls. He wants to exercise Hellcat's option for 50-State Initiative - at first Patsy thinks she's going to Florida, but it's Alaska, alone as a lack of personnel prevents anyone else from being assigned.
Flown to Alaska, Patsy stops at the small town of North Spirit. After she pays a man with money S.H.I.E.L.D. provided her, he decides to take her to see the wildlife. When they are approaching a forest, monster polar bears with deer antlers attack, forcing Patsy to shift into the Hellcat suit. Hellcat knocks out one bear, and while fighting another ends up sliding down a cliff. While Hellcat falls, two eskimos summon a sea monster to attack her.
