Continued from The New Teen Titans #34. Manhattan District Attorney Adrian Chase has been murdered. Mafioso Anthony Scarapelli is the man responsible. Chase was Robin's friend. This means it's time for the Titans to take on the New York mafia. However, the mysterious Monitor (see also Crisis on Infinite Earths #1) hires deadly assassins to take out the super-powered teenagers. Can even the Titans survive an encounter with the Scorcher, Spear, Bazooka, Slasher, Tanker, and Cheshire.
