 The Sandman Cometh!
An ex-marine takes his pansy son and wife out to Mexico to toughen the boy up. They explore a cave and find a sealed door that once opened, releases an alien creature made of sand that desires world conquest. The man tries fighting it, but his blows merely scatter sand which reforms. The creature reshapes itself so that it appears human and all of them return to the United States. As the creature observes humans, a military parade passes by, and the man attempts to attract the soldier's attention to attack the creature. They do so, but have no better luck than the man himself. Grenades, tanks, and bombs merely disperse the sand which reforms by willpower. The creature heads towards the beach where it intends to grow, but the man's boy becomes our hero of the story by defeating the creature with a pail of water.

It Fell From A Flying Saucer!
An artist is sketching in the park when a pencil drops from a passing flying saucer. He picks it up and draws a bowl of fruit with it and it appears. He discovers that whatever he draws with the alien implement manifests itself as a physical object. His thoughts quickly turn to selfish gain and he draws vast wealth. Not satisfied with only money, he draws himself president. Again, not satisfied, he makes himself king of Earth. He demands his subjects tell him who he is and they reply that he is sovereign of Earth. He laughs, and claims it's all due to this pencil that fell out of a flying saucer. His attendants express disbelief in the existence of flying saucers, and so he draws the craft and it appears. Suddenly, a tentacle snakes out and snatches the pencil as a voice exclaims "There it is! I thought I'd lost it forever." The man begs it not be taken away, but the voice says "You were given unlimited power and you wasted it. You deserve nothing more." The saucer departs and the man finds himself sitting on the park bench with his sketch book as though nothing had happened
The Thing From The Hidden Swamp
A plain-looking girl meets a stranded alien traveler as she explores a bog in order to get away from people she feels ignore her. The alien explains that he needs someone to work the controls of the spaceship while he goes outside and attempts to free it, and she does as he directs. He succeeds in his efforts and tells her that he will reward her for her help and departs. She is puzzled since he gave her nothing, but when she returns to the cruise ship docked at port she is surprised to find people noticing her. She locates a mirror and is delighted to find that the monstrous alien has provided her with a make-over.
