 The Coming Of...Stegron The Dinosaur Man!
1st Appearance "STEGRON" (Dr. Vincent Stegron)
* Ka-Zar guest appearance

At the request of Curt Connors, Spider-Man travels to the Savage Land to track down Dr. Vincent Stegron, who has gone there to reproduce Connor's experiments which turned him into the Lizard on Dinosaurs. After a brief battle with some Dinosaurs, Spider-Man is met by Ka-Zar and Zabu who agree to help the wall-crawler on his quest.
After fighting Swamp Men and Dinosaurs, the two heroes find Stegron all right: But Stegron has succeeded in duplicating the Lizard-formula in dinosaurs and has transformed him into a humanoid Dinosaur. Being able to mentally control Dinosaurs, the two heroes have their work cut out for them. Fighting Dinosaurs and Swamp Men at all sides, the two fail to stop Stegron who escapes in an airship loaded with Dinosaurs. Although their foe is escaping, Spider-Man is able to catch a ride on his ship thanks to a web line.
