And Vegas Writhes In Flame! With Roxanne prisoner of Dude Jensen, Jensen transforms into a demon called Roulette -- demon of the casinos -- who is unable to destroy her due to her purity, and so leaves her. As Johnny races to find Roxanne, night falls and he transforms into Ghost Rider, and is attacked by Roulette, who terrorizes that area where Roxanne is held prisoner. She is saved by Ghost Rider who smashes into the trailer and saves her before she can be killed in the raging fires.
Meanwhile, six crime bosses meet as they have gotten death threats from Roulette, who they believe is Dude Jensen, who they had shot and left for dead some time ago. While Ghost Rider chases Roulette to a giant castle, there Roulette reveals that he was revived by Satan who promised to give him additional power if he killed the Ghost Rider. After a brief battle, Satan deems that Roulette has failed and destroys him and the entire palace, leaving Ghost Rider the victor.
