The Bizarre Batman-Genie Batman is converted by a magic powder into a genie that obeys a crooks' commands, leaving Robin and Bat-Girl to find a way of stopping him. Robin manages to hide in the criminal's vehicle with Bat-Girl's help and he takes away the magic lamp from the crooks. Robin then proceeds to use the lamp's final wish releasing Batman so they can capture the criminals and recover the magic lamp from their possession.
The Man Who Destroyed J’Onn J’Onzz Batman's old foe, Arnold Hugo, uses his scientific weapons against the Martian Manhunter and gives himself Martian powers in the process.
