He has training to counter Skulls telepathy, and, he has a secret friend. Now we go to Sokovia and Red Skulls speech, and also showing the dictator General Novoty. Then Sharon Carters speech on conservatism. As the Skulls army positions in Sokovia, Steve Rogers engages the Sokovians and Black Widow suddenly appears and helps release the freedom leader prisoner for so long. Steve convinces General Denz to fight the good fight and SHIELD will back him, (playing into Skulls plan).
Maria Hills projected image appears to Natalie to say she is not being chased, and to join Maria, but Nat hates all the compromises. Back to 1935, and Steve is being beat up by other jealous Hydra students when he is rescued by another student, who beats 3 kids up and introduces himself as Helmut Zemo. Now, Selvig wants to know who will help them, and Steve says he's behind this locked door. He opens it, and there is his good friend Baron Helmut Zemo from 1935. Red Skull conscripts Novoty to be his dupe to suck SHIELD into Sokovia.
