* Two-Face (Harvey Dent) appearance in story two "The return of Two-Face.

* The editor at the Picture Magazine assigns his top photographer, Vicki Vale, to take pictures from the best law enforcers. Vicki then takes pictures of important groups such as the F.B.I., the Coast Guard and the State Troopers. Her final team is the Dynamic Duo, Batman and Robin and she contacts them using the Bat-Signal at the GCPD Headquarters.

* Harvey Dent starts dreaming about Two-Face and he believes that he is turning back into the scarred criminal. Batman and Robin assure him that his face is still clean and that he can't just become Two-Face after the plastic surgery that restored his face. After making sure that Dent is fine, the Dynamic Duo leave him at the care of his butler Wilkins.

However, some time later, the police report some crimes by Two-Face and Batman goes to investigate. Batman and Robin soon confront Two-Face, but the criminal is able to escape. The heroes decide to check upon Dent, but the man has been sleeping in his home all the time. After hearing the news about Two-Face's crimes, Dent believes he is losing his mind as he finds a set of theatrical make-up and his old Two-Face suit. Dent informs Wilkins that he is leaving the city until he is cured and the butler informs Batman and Robin about this decision

* When Batman starts going alone on his missions, Robin becomes suspicious. He investigates what has Batman been doing and he learns that Bruce has been instructing another kid called Jimmy in martial arts and investigation. Robin is upset at the thought of Batman looking to replace him with another boy, but soon Robin finds out that Jimmy is blind and that Batman is only teaching him to become an expert crime fighter for his future career in criminology.
