A Stand Up Guy There's a new crime-fighter in Gotham City, and he's making the Dynamic Duo look bad. Whenever one of Gotham's many costumed criminals commits a crime, Batman and Robin get there only to find that Jokerman has already been there and apprehended the evil-doers!
Jokerman seems to be everywhere, and even the Bat-signal and Bat-phone have been replaced by the Joker-signal and Joker-phone! When Jokerman is given the Key to the City, Batman quits in a huff (er... I mean gracefully retires to let the new man do his work). But, just as Joker has filled the void by the Dynamic Duo, a new villian, the Pillager, has become the greatest villain in Gotham! Jokerman does his best, but he always seems to be too late to prevent the Pillager from getting away with the loot. Rather than waste taxpayer money, Jokerman releases the henchman. Nobody seems to notice that said henchmen are wearing clown masks.
Who will save Gotham from this new fiend?
