The edit area is the default setting. They don't match because one (the top area) is your specific book, the lower area is where you can change any of that data. Does that make sense? Ron

10/14/2022 Topic: So You Want to Sell Your Comics? Ronbatman Administrator	It's all about time vs. money. A dealer will pay you quickly but for a fraction of the value. This number depends on the trustworthiness of the dealer and their profit margin. Some might pay you 50%- 30% for key issues while some will treat you poorly. You can sell them yourself on Ebay or here and earn more money but it will take time and effort.

10/31/2022 Topic: Missing...Fantastic Four Whitman Variants Ronbatman Administrator	As the largest comic book price guide with 1.1 million comics, we receive thousands of variant requests each month. Those variants are sometimes Whitmans, Newsstand, Direct, different countries, and of course store issued variants. When we look at the number of requests each week, our staff cannot keep up with the sheer volume. We rely on super-knowledgeable admins to help with the variants and other tasks. Members can submit all types of variants or price changes and approve certain data. There are no complete lists for any of these variants so we are forging that path. MyComicShop and Comics.org are working toward the same goal. With 300 to 400 new books each week, thousands of price changes, customer service requests, new scans, plus a thousand other things we are always busy. Please feel free to submit a variant. Last week, I asked our admins to go through and approve as many variants as they could. We are down to 1126 variants that need to be approved. As Collectible said please use cropped quality images and good information, that is helpful.
11/2/2022 Topic: Halloween ComicFest 2022 and Trick or Read Ronbatman Administrator	Typically at this time of year, we would be looking to add all the Halloween ComicFest books into the system. This year, we won't be doing that since they were only digital. However, Marvel, IDW, and Kodansha decided to publish some Halloween titles and they called it Trick or Read. 11/4/2022 Topic: Era breakdown idea Ronbatman Administrator	We have been working on a new dashboard to consolidate everything together when someone logs into the site. We are within days of launching this. One of the things on the new dashboard is an area for graphs. That is literally the last thing we have to finish to launch this. In the beginning, we will have limited graphs but we really want to expand this area and give our Gold members a great experience with tons of data. Ron
