7/26/2024 Topic: Conductor of X - Tom Brevoort glorkar	So I was adding and verifying creators for NYX #1. On the credits page Tom Brevoort is listed as the "Conductor of X". Another user added this to the Editors for validation. I'm not entirely sure it would be considered an Editor, at least not for a specific book. I'm guessing he's basically the Editor in Chief, but exclusively on the X-Title and X-Related books. Thoughts?
7/26/2024 Topic: X-23 #1 (2010) glorkar	I was verifying a cover artist submission for a variant. I like to check to see if other creators are missing. All of the variants have an incorrect Letterer entered. Troy Peteri was entered and approved at one some point. Everything I see online states that Cory Petit is the Letterer. 7/28/2024 Topic: Batman #150C Cover Artists glorkar	Ooooh, I believe you are right sir. I don't recall seeing that Samnee cover. I'm sure it was there. Heck, I may have even entered the cover artists. Wouldn't be the first time DC messed up their credits page. Thanks for the deduction! And for entering and changing all the odd things that we find :p
7/29/2024 Topic: Batman #150C Cover Artists glorkar	I feel like they've been pretty good. Pretty sure this was just an editing mistake. Funny thing is, if you look closely at the image, Samnee and Lopes have thicker outlines around their names. I wonder if it was an after the fact edit, like they weren't originally going to do a variant?
7/29/2024 Topic: Misclick on a Yup glorkar	Man, this whole "no takesie backsies" on the verify data page is no joke. I accidentally yupped an entry that should have been a nope. I'm the only clicker, so it's still in the pending state needing more votes. Mighty Avengers #2-PX - Greystoke60 submitted Morry Hollowell as a cover artist. He is not for this variant. He did the colors on the A cover. 7/29/2024 Topic: Misclick on a Yup glorkar	Not gonna lie, I wasn't sure with the slight coloring. I just thought he would have made sure his sig was on the cover, you know? So I guess I can go either way on that. And yeah, you're correct on WWT #21. I've been verifying, trying to take the number down. The problem is, I always check for variants on the books I'm verifying. So yeah, instead of that number shrinking, it goes up, up, up! I appreciate ya double checking. I know it's slow going some times.

That's what they get for hiding it in the art :/ I was going off of the credits page for the book. Gist is not listed in it. Very odd. I get publishers screw things up, but that seems like a pretty big one. Really wish I could trash my nope...

I'm guessing it reprints this one here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/batman-the-dark-knight-returns/ror There is an older 2018 NYCC Exclusive Frank Miller Foil variant, so it would probably be entered the same way. Someone will need to submit it as a variant of the A cover.

He's usually on top of letting the community know what's going on with that sort of thing. I'll have to be more careful too. It wasn't something that we really had to worry about before since we could undo things so easily. I guess we're just playing for keeps now. Dun dun dun...

8/25/2024 Topic: Inaccurate Title glorkar	I don't have a copy, so I can't check, but the title on the cover can be misleading some times. What you need to do, is look at the indicia. It's the fine print (usually inside the front cover). This tells you the published date, issue number and the official title of the book. Would you mind taking a look at what's inside? Just to make sure.

8/29/2024 Topic: New Bug Found glorkar	I went to add a creator to a book. I type the name, click on it, then click on the line it goes in. I get a popup that says "Error - Please let administration know". The line is blank, but the entry takes, verified through the verify data page. edited by glorkar on 8/29/2024
