I am so sorry to hear that, not sure what I'd do if that happened to me.
I'm also on the west coast of Florida but, like CollectibleShop, I'm a little South of Tampa in the Sarasota area. We got lucky and didn't get it too badly except some places right on the water.

They work well for comic long boxes and short boxes. But my favorite ones are actually the magazine sized (golden age comics as well) and the slab sized ones. |

Have you put in a missing issue request? I'm not involved in new issues but I'd imagine they have a pipeline they get them from, and if it's not there they'd need something official from you to point it out (sometimes the forums count as official, but sometimes they do not). |

I consign at mycomicshop. Easy, lots of people for their auctions, and their fees are pretty good.
They also can pay over PayPal almost immediately if you don't mind the fees. Otherwise they send checks.
