Have you put in a missing issue request? I'm not involved in new issues but I'd imagine they have a pipeline they get them from, and if it's not there they'd need something official from you to point it out (sometimes the forums count as official, but sometimes they do not).

but the Missing Issue thing is not working, hasn't been for a couple weeks. all we get after submitting is a message that it 'can't be added to the queue.' I've posted about this a couple times, also in the Issues forum, and to bryan neeley directly. so we wait...
