12/22/2024 Topic: Missing Kid Venom #3 collectibleshop	for future reference, it helps the admins to post a link to the series, and links to pics. https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/kid-venom/phxuns comics.org and the leagueofcomicgeeks.com are 2 good resources, bookmark them for future use. same goes for the GI Joe #1 midtown. you can submit that one thru the system, which is how they prefer. Get a good square-on scan (not a camera pic), .jpg, .png, or .gif format preferred, cropped to the edges of the comic. If you can't, then find them on the net, with no watermarks, no signatures, no pro-graded ones, no bagged/boarded pics unless it's a factory polybag, and try to make sure they're a published version, not a pre-production pic (like a Previews solicitation often is), as those get changed in production all the time. Use the "Report Missing Variant" function found in the listings for individual books. You must be logged in to do this. Navigate to the specific book that is missing a variant. Select the 'Variants' tab found next to 'Values'. You should see a link with a little flag called "Report Missing Variant" on the right side under those tabs. Clicking the box will bring up a page where you can upload the pic and enter information specific to the variant you are reporting (not all is required). This includes what it's called, an image, price, artist, publication date, etc. This makes it much faster for the admins to process the request. edited by collectibleshop on 12/22/2024

Check the indicia inside for the correct titles. This happens a lot with Dell/Four Color titles and it's a pain for many people, but blame Dell/Four Color and what they put on the cover. And it's ok, and preferred, that you post all your 'unfindables' in 1 post rather than a separate post for each, thanks.

12/24/2024 Topic: Can't find Archie Halloween Spectacular comics collectibleshop	yeah, on lots of 'running/yearly specials' like this they don't use issue numbers half the time, just years, so you just search on the title only. but I see the 2024 issue has a #1 on the cover, yet previous issues don't, so understandable that's what you used to try to find it. 12/24/2024 Topic: Edits to Desription, Pub Date, Cover Price collectibleshop	to the best of my knowledge, regular members can't EDIT details that are already approved, only admins can. make sense, so trolls or disgruntled members etc don't come in and screw with the details. if corrections need to be made or added that the 'add' tabs don't cover, then yes, post on the Database/missing issues forum so an admin can fix things.
12/25/2024 Topic: Missing Title/Issue? collectibleshop	of course they have them, ya just gotta know the system a bit. Most Giant Size issues are listed with the title they go with and are under the main title's Giant Size tab. FFs GS's are under the 1961 series, https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/the-fantastic-four/smpy , then click the Giant Size tab. 12/25/2024 Topic: Missing Variant: TMNT #1 Terrificon Variant collectibleshop	yes, I mean the URL to the actual CPG listing for #1's of whichever series (IDW's 2024 series perhaps?). just copy the URL and paste it in the post. And for future posts on this title, make it clear if it's actually 'TMNT', which there's multiples of, or if it's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which there's 677 of #1's and many years of series. It's in the SDCC Exclusives list under the C titles ( https://comicspriceguide.com/exclusives/san-diego-comic-con---sdcc/tj ). I tried looking under S and U and I titles there and didn't see it, then just tried a guide search on Update and found it. always try fewer keywords, most times you can eventually find stuff.
1/1/2025 Topic: the "%20" bug is back again in classified titles collectibleshop	so the bug that adds '%20" in spaces in the titles for classified ads after you edit them is back. can we get that fixed again so we don't have to post the ad as new again? it's like this in the All Ads list, CGC%20GRADED%20COMICS%20FOR%20SALE,%209.4-9.8,%20$ but shows normally on the single ad except it cuts off the last part of mine with $25-up cuz of all the hidden %20 things. thanks. using a desktop, not a phone or app.
1/4/2025 Topic: Missing Issue: Legenderry Red Sonja Vol 3 2023 collectibleshop	they're missing the 2023 volume (Dec 2023) and ALL the covers somehow.
