The Archie Halloween Spectacular comics have been published at least since 2018 every year as a one-shot. I have scans for the 2022 & 2024 issues. I've tried doing Archie and Archie's, just Archie Halloween, and Halloween Spectacular, and the issues are not coming up. I think they are somewhere in the data base, as I'm pretty sure I've seen them. Just in case not, I'm including the scans for the 2 I have, (I also have the 2023 issue at my store, but no scan of it). The indicia says Archie Halloween Spectacular, so that is what it should be listed as.

OK, I knew they were there, found out by putting the issue as #1, they didn't show up in the search.
Also, the indicia says the publishing date is November 2024, not October as this year's issue came out late.

yeah, on lots of 'running/yearly specials' like this they don't use issue numbers half the time, just years, so you just search on the title only. but I see the 2024 issue has a #1 on the cover, yet previous issues don't, so understandable that's what you used to try to find it. I yupped your cover now too.
