On the administrative side, it shows that you submitted two different variants but on the customer side it shows four. I've put in a work order with our programmer for this problem. Give us a little time and it should be fixed.

Guidelines for Uploading Cover Scans to CPG

We have been replacing any scan that is smaller than 700px. The admins are uploading scans that are 700px up to 1000px on the largest side. We have hundreds of thousands of new scans on the site from the Golden Age to the Modern. We are adding bigger scans for image recognition software.

I'm genuinely excited to be delving into the 80s soon. Throughout this process, I've learned various things by digging deep into each year of the 70s. One of my primary missions is to give our members unique, high-quality content. So, bring on the 80s!

We are currently in the testing stage for a new CPG app that uses better, faster technology. There will be no revisions to the old app as we focus on getting the new one finished and released.

Over the years, I never thought about Neal Adams developing as an artist. After studying his work there are clear developments that take place over the years. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this if you have time.

Collectible is correct, this is a picture book and not a comic book. Small but important difference.

Kickstarter Variants

We have had quite a few Kickstarter variants submitted recently. Some of these have production numbers as low as 10. There isn't a way to put a real value on books like this. So we have decided that the best, most efficient use of our time is to not accept Kickstarter submissions. If this is how you collect, buying super low-production Kickstarters, we're sorry. We won't be removing the existing one or adding new ones.

We have issues that thousands of people collect, so our attention is better served working on those books. We, as a company, are focusing our attention on updating the most collected or important issues.

The volume numbers have been replaced. As we continue to modernize the database, small related issues like this will sometimes appear.

Old app
We are currently experiencing some issues with the old app. Some searches cause it to crash. Our programmer is currently working on this problem and has been since last night.

Root Cause
The problem is that we are modernizing our database to make it better, faster, and stronger. Old pathways can sometimes change and have to be fixed along the way. Lately, you've probably seen small issues appear and then get fixed. That is all part of the "growing pains" or development changes that affect related things down the line.

New App
Hundreds of hours of development time have been put into the new app. Some of that work involves modernizing the database, making it faster, more secure and less likely to break in the future. I'm not overstating things by saying every table in the entire database has been reworked. We are close to launching it with a clean database. I'm not giving a date because I don't want to be wrong.

I hope this gives each of you a clearer picture of what is happening behind the scenes,
Ron

We reworked that "Have Checklist" area recently and it looks like that number is off. We will take a look at this and see what's going on. Your correct number is 6743.

It looks like your 4/24 payment went through and was then refunded or technically voided. Then another payment went through on 4/25. If you don't want to have a paid membership we will refund that 4/25 payment. Otherwise, you are paid up until 4/25/27.
All the best,
Ron
