Good day-
Even though my subscription was paid to 2027 the auto pay tried to pull from me. The card I last used I no longer have so auto pay didnt work and my subscription went from gold to free. Noticing this I put a payment in. Everything looks OK and I dont think I lost any info but I would rather not have spent the money this week. If you look at my account you can see I am now paid until 2028 with only one payment being made.
No real problems, I just want to make sure this doesnt happen again or to others,

have you emailed customer service? they might refund some of your new payment since you had months left previously.

I will try. No need for a refund tho, my main concern was it happening again and to other people.

It looks like your 4/24 payment went through and was then refunded or technically voided. Then another payment went through on 4/25. If you don't want to have a paid membership we will refund that 4/25 payment. Otherwise, you are paid up until 4/25/27.

I'll see if I can find info on my old payments. I def want to keep gold. Heads up though, on my profile page it states "Active Through : April 25, 2028."
Is that incorrect? Let me know if so and I can contact customer service just so Im not giving out payment info in forums.

YA this happened to me as well and I usually renew in Jan. and on the app it downgraded me to bronze and shows that i have no books?
@Ron can you look into it.
