google is your friend this is commonly known as a fanzine as you guessed. seems there are 2 #1 issues from 1969, and various others later on. 2nd one shows up more often on google and 'that' auction site search, but they call both 'rare', but seems to be multiples available, although 1 dealer has listings at multiple sites. search for 'Frazetta 1 fanzine' and paw thru the results. or just Frazetta fanzine. It isn't listed here, and Heritage Auct. says 'not listed in Overstreet'. Prices are all over the place, so no good consensus for value from what I saw. edited by collectibleshop on 8/27/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 8/27/2018 |

is this the Superman one you're looking for? comics.org says it came in a 3 pack for $5, not a 5 pack, so not sure if it's the right one: https://www.comics.org/issue/1651569/ , and also under DC Justice League Essentials: Superman #1 Rebirth, with the $1 cover price, 2017 edition, Walmart edition has no cover price: https://www.comics.org/issue/1722588/ . Also don't find that in CPG under even just Essentials, DC Essentials or Justice League Essentials, or DC Universe, or Rebirth, etc, how is that? edited by collectibleshop on 8/27/2018 edited by collectibleshop on 8/27/2018 |

It's in the guide under superman Vol.4 I saw that one before, when I went thru the whole list of Superman titles, but it wasn't the one from the 2016 packs, so didn't mention it. It also doesn't say DC 100 Page Comic Giant on it, so it's not part of that new WM series, it just seems to be a regular edition special. Ron or Jesse can let you know when they get added. |

1602: Fantastick Four incorrectly titled
collectibleshop
|
um, why should it not be titled by what's on the cover, same as the others? The only ones I see as Marvel 1602 are the collected trade/hardcover editions, which have 'Marvel 1602..' as the cover title, and the original 2003 1602 series.. Sure, sometimes the indicia inside has a slightly different title than the cover, but if I was looking it up, I'd use 1602 Fantastick Four just like on the cover, same for the Spider-Man series. It's kinda redundant to use Marvel for the search anyway, as you already know it's a Marvel comic, so using 1602 Fantastick Four is all anyone needs. |

google is your friend only found it listed on a few sites tho. not on comics.org, and not on other price guide sites. #1 is on mycomicshop, but not in stock and no price: https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=46727550 #1 also on atomicavenue, but 2 & 3 not there. https://atomicavenue.com/title/11661/Circus-World milehigh has #1 for $3, http://www.milehighcomics.com/cgi-bin/backissue.cgi?action=list&title=16965528008&snumber=1 , but only $1.50 on their auction site listing. I'd guess there is no value to it. |

after looking and looking, then checking out the blurb on imagecomics.com, it may not be listed here because it's an ART book of the 100 covers, not technically a comic. just my guess. |

It's from 2016, and neither comics.org or cbdb.com list it, so they don't consider it a comic either. mycomicshop has it, states that it's a GUIDE to the new universe, and only credits a cover artist. so not a comic, not worth anything, no reason to be listed here, unless an admin decides to. but it's been over 2 years since publication, so likely they decided not to list it. |

for future reference, go to the versions/titles on CPG, click on the issue, then click the Variants button/tab, then scroll down to the 'Report missing variant' tab/heading and fill out the form with your pics and as much info as you can. To save you the time for these two: for Lady Death Icon (then click Variants heading): https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/lady-death-icon/1/xiyxox for Lady Death Dragon Wars (then click Variants heading): https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/lady-death-dragon-wars/1L/pjrvltq Surprised these 2 aren't listed by now too, seeing as they have 1 con version that's limited to only 15 copies. edited by collectibleshop on 9/5/2018 |

Thank you. And noted spell correction. I saw the individual issues listed. I did not see a value for the sealed 3-pk bag.
and you won't find a value for the 3 pack bag in most if not all price guides. You can try looking in Overstreet at a bookstore or comic shop, but I doubt they will list the bag pack either. Only other way is to bookmark a search on that auction site and anywhere else that lists the pack and see what it actually SELLS for, and it may vary wildly, although I don't think most care about Flash Gordon, and even less for a movie adaptation. Same goes for the newer Walmart packs etc, most guides only list the individual books, otherwise it's usually still the bag's cover price, as many times they are reprints or fairly worthless moderns repackaged for non-comic book retail stores. The bags don't make much, if any difference in price, so just add up the singles prices and figure half that in the real world unless you see them selling for near guide. |

of course it's here, always has been, always hard to find because they don't list it by the cover title like it should be. this was asked about a few weeks ago too, but since they used the CPG/publication 'title' it didn't come up on a search looking for Skating on Thin Ice. And first prints are under Canada for country. English edition: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-mancanadian-association-of-chiefs-of-police/1/tiuvnq: For future reference for the rest of them: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-mancanadian-association-of-chiefs-of-police/rowro and for the US reprints: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-mancanadian-association-of-chiefs-of-police-us-reprints/rowrk come on CPG, no one ever looks this up under Amazing Spider-Man/Canadian Association Of Chiefs Of Police ! Now maybe the next time I can find them faster when I search the forum.... edited by collectibleshop on 9/8/2018 |

helps if you put down the right date--it's 2016 according to CPG, not 2017, I blew past it looking for the 2017 non-existent series. but odd there's no prices yet. but there's plenty of other resources to get prices, so start googling and see what other sale prices you can confirm, and there's other price guide sites with members sales too. |

oddly these are also not shown on comics.org or mycomicshop and some other usual sites. so found good large pics on newsarama: color: https://img.purch.com/h/1400/aHR0cDovL3d3dy5uZXdzYXJhbWEuY29tL2ltYWdlcy9pLzAwMC8xNjUvNzk0L29yaWdpbmFsL0NBUEEyMDE1MDA3X0RDODEuanBnPzE0NTcwMjA2NTM= b&w: https://img.purch.com/h/1400/aHR0cDovL3d3dy5uZXdzYXJhbWEuY29tL2ltYWdlcy9pLzAwMC8xNjUvNzk1L29yaWdpbmFsL0NBUEFDT1YyMDE1MDA3X0RDOTEuanBnPzE0NTcwMjA2NTk=
also submitted them to CPG. but newsarama article says cover price is $5.99, yet on the cover it says $3.99, but Marvel's site says $5.99 for #7s. Didn't see that till after I submitted the pics and put down $5.99 for cover price, so CPG can figure out which is right. I assume $5.99, and maybe newsarama's pics were pre-release and there was a price change by release date. edited by collectibleshop on 9/10/2018 |

of course a 1974 Marvel comic is listed. It's not super easy to find tho. it's under the 1972 Defenders series, then click on the Giant Size tab. it's here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/defenders-the/1_giant%20size/rhxvkq
Annuals, Specials, Giant Sizes, trade paperbacks and hardcovers are usually under tabs/buttons under the main title for whatever series or year they correspond with. Biggest thing is to use less keywords. If you'd searched for Defenders #1, the giant size comes up down the list, but it won't come up in search for Giant Size Defenders 1, which makes no sense to me, but the database is like that.

yeah, it's one of the many inconsistencies with the database listings that need to be corrected. some come up using "free comic book day" and some only have 'FCBD' in the title listing. had to learn that by doing various searches a while back, to answer these questions. Since most people will search using "free comic book day", that's how they all should be titled. Right, CPG? |

A better place to post this would have been the Help Locating / Identifying Comics board because that's what you need, help locating it. Of COURSE it's here, just not findable under a search with it's own title. SO many posts about not being able to find Giant Size this or that, I wish CPG would get all those indexed so they're findable by searching that title, and not going thru the main title to find the Giant Size tab. Also, a forum search turns up other posts about this that tell you about the Giant Size tab. And I agree with iron_puppy's post from March that these Spider-Man Giants should NOT be under Amazing Spider-Man, as that's not part of the title, and he says it's not in the indicia that way either. They are stand-alone issues with their own unique title and should be findable that way as that's way more intuitive, if nothing else.
So this is under Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1, then click the Giant Size tab/button. The issue's page is here: https://comicspriceguide.com/titles/amazing-spider-man-the/4_giant%20size/popwo
